THE PROBLEM

Too many manual publishing steps.

Pages arrived across editorial groups. Staff had to combine editions, check dates and page order, upload files and send links separately.

WHAT WE BUILT

One connected publishing workflow.

Page collection from Telegram, date and completeness checks, edition assembly, e-paper publishing, WhatsApp distribution and archive backups.

HOW IT HELPS

Less handling between systems.

The same workflow prepares web and print editions. Later revisions can update an existing e-paper link without sending duplicate reader notifications.
